Cigar Shipping and Return Policy
We use a zone based shipping system. Depending upon the weight of your package and the destination, shipping costs will vary. Your shipping total is calculated upon checkout. There is a $2.50 handling fee added to each order.
Any item can be returned within 30 days of purchase for refund credit, or exchange (minus shipping and handling charges). Simply send the item back to us via USPS or insured parcel post. Please be sure to include a copy of your original invoice with your return.
